Prescision power control for your critical application
Proton Beam Therapy
Proton Beam Therapy, or PBT, uses protons obtained from hydrogen atoms to treat cancerous tumors in the body. A series of electromagnets guide these protons through the beamline on their path from the particle accelerator to the patient. We have leveraged our experience in industrial and MRI/NMR applications to develop high-stability, high-bandwidth power supplies for controlling the magnets in this exacting application.
Read on to learn more about our product offerings and their role in PBT and heavy-ion treatment systems.
