Customer Service Representative

This position will provide customer service and sales administration support in a business to business environment; where most customers are OEM manufacturers. This role is responsible for assisting customers with arranging repair services, communicating with customers prior to order shipments to discuss shipping schedules/methods, and ensuring that customer questions/requests are routed to appropriate departments to obtain answers as quickly as possible. This position requires independent judgment about matters of critical importance to PCI customers and their employees. It also plays a key role in shaping and documenting the company’s internal process and procedures which will be used to guide and train future PCI service and support staff as the company continues to grow. This position requires a “can do” attitude and approach with both customers and coworkers.

Embedded Design Engineer

This position will design embedded DSP control boards and develop the software for these boards. These control boards will be used to control pulse width modulated power amplifiers for both motor drives and gradient applications.

Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer applies a variety of mechanical engineering principles and tools in support of innovative electronic packaging, thermal and structural design, part fabrication, component selection, creative product conceptualization, manufacture and design verification for proposed, new and existing company power electronic products.

Quality Control Inspector

This position performs Quality Control inspections in an electro-mechanical production environment. Inspections are conducted on PC board assemblies, sheet metal housing, wire/cable assemblies, formed metal brackets, and mechanical assemblies. This position establishes processes and testing techniques and develops written procedures. It also evaluates and rectifies material related deficiencies and aids in the administration of an ISO 9001 registered Quality system.

Supply Chain Supervisor

This is a highly visible position with responsibilities to provide results driven leadership to the purchasing, planning, shipping/receiving, and inventory departments. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Supply Chain, including the negotiating and managing of purchasing contracts, building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. This position will be engaged in a wide-ranging set of responsibilities that will include procurement and expediting, and maintaining control and accuracy of stored materials, with heavy emphasis on increasing the inventory turns ration. Also responsible for participating in Sales forecasting and coordinate related efforts with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Materials Control to assure proper flow of materials for manufacturing purpose. Perform cost analysis and volume planning for extended lead time commodities. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource management, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
